I have to admit that I was skeptical of AML Home Inspections because of the price of the inspection and what you told me you were going to do. I priced other inspection companies, listened to what they had to say but it seemed as though they were rushing me into making a commitment rather than explaining what I was getting for my money. You on the other hand, took the time to answer every question (half an hour) I had.

I have purchased homes before and have never seen an inspector pump water out of a crawlspace so he could inspect it. That was crazy but the findings were worth it for me. You should be on that show called “The Dirtiest Jobs”. I hope you put this e-mail on your site with some photos to show people what you mean when you say you go above and beyond the standards of practice. You are definitely one hell of an inspector. I can’t thank you enough.

Your septic inspection uncovered an area that our previous home inspector missed. We followed your recommendations and had the leaking area around the waste pipe further evaluated and there was as you suggested a very costly foundation problem. The good news is that we were able to get the seller to repair this area with your documentation. Thanks for being on the ball. Your services are worth their weight in gold!

Hello again. You inspected our home earlier this year at (address deleted), Mount Laurel and did an excellent job. Jennifer and I have since purchased a different home and actually got a great price on it - so much so that it was an offer we did not want to turn down. However, we do want an inspection done on the home. It is in Mount Laurel also and we would like to schedule an inspection. Please give me a call anytime.  If possible, we would like to have the inspection done as soon as possible.
